James Washington has been coaching athletes since 2014. He decided in 2016 to focus solely on the quarterback position and the rest is history. He emphasizes hands on teaching of the proper mechanics/footwork of the position, while allowing athletes to embrace their individual attributes. He believes that in order to take your game to the next level, you have to have a desire to grow through continuous learning.
