Travis Wright is the founder of ALIGN Athletics and a former record-setting quarterback from Louisville, Kentucky. A three-year starting quarterback at Trinity High School, Wright helped lead the Shamrocks to three Kentucky Class 6A State Championships (2010–2012) and a National Championship in 2011 while the program held the No. 1 national ranking for the entire season. Trinity posted a 42–2 record during his four years, making Wright the winningest quarterback in Kentucky 6A state history.

Individually, Wright was ranked the No. 8 overall player in Kentucky by ESPN and No. 10 by Rivals, while MaxPreps named him the No. 1 quarterback in Kentucky and the No. 11 quarterback nationally. During his career, he completed 68% of his passes — the third-highest mark in Kentucky 6A history — for 9,305 yards and 112 touchdowns. In three state championship victories, he threw for a combined 716 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Following his decorated high school career, Wright earned a Division I football scholarship to Florida International University.

Today, Wright is widely regarded as one of the premier quarterback developers in the region. He is the founder of ALIGN Athletics and currently serves as the Varsity Quarterbacks Coach at Mercy Academy and North Oldham High School. Wright previously coached the quarterbacks for Trinity High School’s 2023 state championship team and has worked with athletes ranging from youth players to NFL professionals. His coaching philosophy emphasizes elite mechanics, footwork, football IQ, and confidence development both on and off the field.
