Played college football at Nicholls State University from 2001-2005. Helped team win a Southland Conference Championship. Named to the Nicholls State Athletics Hall of Fame. Named to the Southland Conference All-Decade Team of the 2000s. Instructor at the Manning Passing Academy from 2005-2007. Founded the Yale Vannoy Quarterback Academy in San Antonio, TX in 2012. Have helped over 75 QBs reach the D1 FBS, FCS, JUCO, D2, D3, & NAIA levels. Work with over 200 different QBs a year through private and semi-private training sessions. Have coached multiple 3 and 4 star rated high school QBs. I’ve released 2 seasons of my YouTube Docuseries “YVQB.” I believe in impacting my players in a positive way through shared experiences of my own career as a player and coach. I work with doctors and movement specialists on a regular basis to make sure everything I teach my athletes is backed by science and based on proper biomechanics. I believe in teaching core fundamentals while continuing to evolve the drills in my program on a regular basis. Every drill we use in training correlates with exact movements and situations used in a football practice or game. My motto is that to have success at this position you must have a “Healthy Obsession” for all things QB.
