Coach Trevor Knight has been playing Quarterback for 17 years and has developed a strong passion for the game. Trevor's father Scott Knight played football in college and has been coaching since 1989. Coach Scott Knight has been the head coach at Nashua High since 2003.
Trevor played for his father at Nashua South High School in New Hampshire where he was 3 time All-State Selection, Gatorade Player of the year, and ESPN Player of the year. Trevor was lucky enough to receive multiple Divison 1 scholarships to play football and ended up choosing to play at the University of New Hampshire. Trevor was a 3 year starter for the Wildcats and led them to a deep playoff run in his junior season. In his Junior season he threw for the 2nd most passing yards in school history behind Ricky Santos. Trevor was an All-CAA selection along with 1st Team All New England, and also received the Gold Helmet Award which is an award given to the best player in New England in all of Division 1. Going into his senior year he was named the CAA Preseason Player of the Year and Preseason 1st team all conference. Trevor unfortunately suffered a right shoulder injury in the first game of the season and missed most of the year due to injury.

In the fall of 2019 he was signed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL. They finished the year with a Grey Cup Championship (Canadian Super Bowl). Trevor was able to learn a lot from a world class organization and some of the top coaches and players in the world.

"I was lucky to be coached and mentored by such a great individual, my father Scott Knight through youth and high school football. The work ethic I learned from my father led me to getting an opportunity to play at UNH under Sean McDonnell, the legendary head coach at the University of New Hampshire. He has mentored many successful coaches and players including Chip Kelly (HC at UCLA), Ryan Day (HC at Ohio State), and countless more. I hope to follow in their footsteps and continue to stay involved with the game and be the next great. I have a very strong passion for New England football, especially in New Hampshire. I believe football in New England is not a focus point like it is in most other regions of the country. I am looking to work with people who love the game of football and truly want to get better."
