Storm Russo, is a 10 year old quarterback phenom, who since the age of 9 has been recognized as the best quarterback in the country for the class of 2033. Storm Russo's unique arm strength and accuracy has already caught the attention of former NFL greats and Pro Football Hall of Famers. Hall of Famer, Terry Bradshaw, commented, “I’m blown away!” ESPN host and Hall of Famer, Willie McGinest, commented, in part, “I’m very impressed. [Storm Russo] you are already showing you can do certain things from the pocket with your technique, footwork and athleticism at the young age of eight….”. ESPN host and former NFL star, Keyshawn Johnson, said, “He can really spin it! He is on his way.” Former NY Giants Super Bowl MVP quarterback, Eli Manning, even narrated a joint post between The Checkdown and the NFL’s “Play Football” campaign. In the post, Manning commented, “This kid’s got a cannon. He may even throw a better ball than me!” Recently the NFL gave him the nickname, “Lil Mahomes.”
In February of 2022, Storm Russo became the youngest quarterback to ever start in an Offense-Defense All American Bowl, since their inception 53 years ago. Storm was only seven years old at the time, playing with nine year olds turning 10. He has since been selected, as an All American, again this year and will play in the bowl game at AT&T stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Storm has already made a name for himself at 10 years old and his star continues to rise. Storm has adopted the catch phrase , “A Storm is coming.”, along with the complimentary hashtag #AStormIsComing. He has even launched his own t-shirt line with his signature “SR” logo.
